Following up with a prospect in AutoRaptor is composed on a system of Tasks and Scheduled Messages.

Here's how it works!

Tasks:

Tasks are follow-ups that they must physically do. You can add a task, edit a task, or you can delete it if it no longer applies.

Click the three dots to either edit or delete the task. There you can change the what the task is, the date it should be completed, and who it is assigned to.

Scheduled Automated Messages:

Scheduled automated messages are messages that are sent out from the system automatically and require no action from a rep. Many times an action plan may have scheduled messages already included, but you can also edit, delete, or add one in if needed.

When creating a scheduled message, you attach a template to it from your template library. You also choose the time and date of when the message should deploy.

Once you have created your intended follow-up plan, it will be visible to you anytime you view the up sheet. You can also change this as needed!

You can view what Tasks and Scheduled Messages are due daily, or for the week on the Schedule tab  make sure no prospect or sale slips through the cracks!
