You are probably looking at this because you just signed up with AutoRaptor are looking to bring some of your contacts and/or customer information from another system. There is a cost involved with this process so please check with your Representative to see if this is part of your agreement.
Please review the following information carefully so that we can process your request in a timely manner.
We will import up to 90 days of Prospect data and up to 2 years of Delivered customers (stock #, VIN, and delivered date are required for Delivered customers)
Review template. Try to get your data in this format to the best of your ability. The file must be a .csv file
Send the file to support@autoraptor or directly to your Support team contact.
Once we get the file from you, we will review and work with you to make any adjustments that might be needed.
After it's good to go, it can take up to 2-4 weeks for us to complete the import. The import needs to be scheduled into the workflow.
