The Up Sheets tab is a great place to filter and gather information for your prospects. We make this easy by providing additional tabs that allow you to break the up sheets within your account to certain groups, so this way you are getting the most accurate information. For Status tabs, we have different options:

All: This tab displays all up sheets within your account regardless of status.

Active: This tab displays only "active" up sheets, along with up sheets who are in the "sold" status.

Delivered: This tab displays all up sheets who have made a purchase and have since been marked as "delivered" by the sales rep.

Lost: This tab displays all up sheets who have been marked "lost" by a sales rep for various reasons such as inventory, price, not in market, etc. This is the best way to access leads who did not result in a deal at that moment in time, but by providing the reason as to why the deal was "lost", it allows the up sheet to be worked in the future if new circumstances arise (i.e  dealership sales, inventory prospect wanted came in, etc.)

Inactive: This tab displays all up sheets who have gone "inactive" within your designated time frame of the inactive delay feature. An Up Sheet goes "inactive" when there is no communication between the rep/prospect for x amount of days. Usually this deal was a "lost/dead" deal, but was never marked as such. Good use of AutoRaptor entails marking leads "lost" once it is known that it will not result in a sale at that moment, and notating why, as this increases your chances to re-work this deal if circumstances change.

Next we have the Fresh, Needs Reply and Unassigned tab. These Tabs are great to keep a sales rep on track, and allowing Management to know what needs to be done, without anything/anyone slipping through the cracks.

Fresh: This tab displays all NEW Up Sheets that have not had individual outreach through a call, text, or email. This includes merged leads, and leads manually marked active again.

Needs Reply: This tab displays all Up Sheets for  prospects who have either texted, emailed, or called, and may require a response back. This tab is a great way to make sure you do not miss a text/email/phone call. Once the rep answers the correspondence, or indicates that it does not need a response, the system will automatically remove the up sheet from this tab.

**It is important to note that Managers/Account Admins will be able to see all up sheets in the Needs Reply tab, while sales reps will only see the ones that are assigned to them that require action.**

Unassigned: This tab displays all Up Sheets that remain unclaimed. It is important to check this tab so no Up Sheets go unanswered. Here you can assign them out as seen appropriate.
