How does it work?

AutoRaptor Admins can determine which method should be used at their dealership. To select which method you want to use:

  • Click the Settings

  • Click on the dealership name for which you want to update settings

  • Click the "E-lead" sub-tab

  • Then click on "Assignment & Auto-Reply" .

The 4 ways to assign leads:

  • Manager Assigns Leads (Manual)

  • Sales Reps Claim Leads (Manual)

  • Round Robin (Automatic)

  • Round Robin 24/7 (Automatic)

Manager Assignment

To have managers assign all leads to sales reps, choose "Managers - Managers assign all e-leads" from the indicated drop-down:

When new e-leads come in, managers will be notified, and they can choose which sales reps should handle which leads.  Be sure to click the "Save settings" to save your changes.

Sales reps can claim leads

In this option, sales reps can do their own claiming of new e-leads.  Choose "Claim - Sales reps can view and claim new e-leads" from the indicated drop-down, check the names of the Reps that are qualified to claim leads, and Save Settings.

When new e-leads come in, sales reps will get a notification in the globe that there's a new lead.

Once a Sales rep clicks on the notification, they can click on the "Claim Up Sheet" button.

Round-robin assignment(s)

Round-robin assignment will distribute leads equally to available users with minimal manager intervention. When a lead comes in, it will go to whomever is "next in line".

Similar to the Claim option, you must check off the names of user that should be a part of the Round Robin distribution and Save Settings.

In the first option, sales reps and managers MUST enter their hours for the day to be assign e-leads.

Important: The entered hours don't go anywhere and therefore cannot be used as a timesheet-like feature.

In the second option (24/7), leads will be evenly distributed over 24 hours period rotating between the Sales Reps and Managers that are eligible (above).

Important: If a user has a day off and you do not want them to receive leads during that time, you will have to go in and uncheck them. Then check them back off when they return.
