How to add a new source, archive a source that is no longer being used, or delete a source.

Please note: You do NOT need to add a source from your e-leads. Your e-leads will automatically show as a source on the Upsheet.

Click on your name in the Upper Right Corner, Go to "Settings", then "Sources"

Simply, fill out the Name and Category and then click Add Source. The category allows the dealership to group similar sources together on reports.

Archiving a Source

What are archived sources?

New up sheets cannot be assigned to archived sources. Archived sources will appear in reports and can be used to search for matching up sheets.

Click on your name in the Upper Right Corner, Go to "Settings", then "Sources" , Move your cursor over the Source that you would like to archive Click the three buttons to the right hand side and select "Edit"

Check the box to archive source. Save changes.

Deleting a Source

You are only able to delete a source that is not on any Upsheet to do so:

Click on your name in the Upper Right Corner, Go to "Settings", then "Sources". On the right hand side of the Source that you would like to delete, select the three dots and select "Delete".
