How does it work?
Click on “Start typing to add a note” above your contact’s information to type up your notes.
Next, always select a label:
Note - if you are typing general info
Demo - if you have just shown a vehicle to a customer
Incoming or Outgoing - if you are entering notes based on a call
B-Back - if notes are based on a customer’s return visit
Review - usually done by your Manager but can be used to draw more attention to a note
This activity will be logged in the activity section of the up sheet. Activity is dated and shown from most recent to oldest, to see all activity click “View all”
