How does it work?
Click “Add” in the Appointment area of your up sheet
Click on the date and pick the time in the drop down
Assign to: Change if someone else is meeting with the customer
Description: Enter in what the customer is coming in for such as test drive, trade appraisal, finance, or closing deal.
**You will notice a side bar pops out ot the left -that lets you know if you have any other appointments scheduled.
Always mark the results of your Appointments
Re-schedule- allows you to make a new appointment.
Kept - if the customer showed up
Missed - if they did not show up
Cancelled - if they cancelled but did not make another appointment
