This is where you will be able to find your NEWEST leads with no initial outreach since the Up Sheet became active. Some examples of when an Up Sheet can become active are when:

  • a new Up Sheet is created (e-lead or manual)

  • An inactive or lost sheet is merged with an active Up Sheet.

  • An inactive, sold, lost or delivered Up Sheet is marked as active again.

These Up Sheets will be removed

  • Once you send a text message, email or an outgoing call (or marked a note with the outgoing call tag)

    • Note: Any automatic communication such as a scheduled message, appointment reminder, or e-lead automatic response will NOT remove them from this list. While automated communication is great, individualized personal outreach is the best way to build rapport with your prospects.

  • Once marked note with the incoming call tag is on the Up Sheet.

  • The Up Sheet is marked as Lost, Sold or Delivered

This is a great place to start your morning and ensure that your NEWEST leads are being worked! The next place you should focus your attention to is the Needs Reply list!
