Needs Reply List

This describes the rules for the Needs Reply List under the Up Sheet tab

The Needs Reply list helps you discover the leads that are communicating with you. Make sure to respond because they could be your next sale!

Up sheets appear on the Needs Reply list when:

  • The customer sends a text or email

  • There is an incoming call note

Up sheets will leave the Needs Reply list when:

  • You respond with an email or text message

  • You leave an outgoing call note

  • You click the “Dismiss” button

  • You mark the up sheet as sold, delivered, or lost

The list will be sorted by most recent incoming communication. Your customers who need to hear back from you right now, will be at the top.

One of the cool things about the new rules here is that no matter the status of the up sheet or how old it is, if the up sheet receives an incoming message, it will get added to this list. This can be a previous customer marked as delivered who is ready to purchase again, a previous prospect who was marked as lost, and more!
