First, you want to ensure the customer has an Up Sheet in AutoRaptor. First, search for a customer in AutoRaptor, click the “Up Sheet” menu item from the top navigation bar
make sure you are under “All”. Sheets
Enter customer information such as first name, last name, email, or cell phone number and click “Search” at the bottom. This will pull up an Up Sheet if the customer is already in AutoRaptor.
If there is not an Up Sheet already created, select the “Add New Up Sheet” button on the top of the page. Enter the contact information (including address) to create an Up Sheet.
Once an Up Sheet is created, under the buyer details, you are able to select "Pre-Screen" or "Credit Report"

For Prescreen- Select “PreScreen Contact” to run a prescreen on the customer. If the customer passes criteria, their results will show.

If you are running a full credit report, you will be prompted to enter the Social Security Number and then can select "Check Credit".
