How does it work?

A Manager must hide spam on an up sheet, Sales Reps do not have the option. When you “Hide Spam” on an up sheet, the assignee and any sharers will no longer see or receive notifications for emails that come from email addresses that are NOT associated with a contact on that up sheet.

The Hide Spam link is located at the bottom of the up sheet between the merge and delete links.

After the “Hide Spam” link is clicked, a note will be made in the Activity log of the up sheet.

If you decide for some reason, that you need to see which emails have come to the up sheet and were blocked by Spam you can “Show Spam” again.
