In order to utilize this option of automated messages, the dealership must have sales integration or log the financial info using the quoting tool. If you have that information, now you can schedule tasks based on the end of term.
How do I get to the action plans?
Click on Settings
Click on Dealership Name
Click on Action plans
Click on the action plan for "When an up sheet is delivered"
How do I add an end of term task?
If you would like to add a new task, just click the green add a new task button. You can also edit the existing tasks or delete by clicking on the trash can.
When setting up the task choose "before end term" after when the task is due. The system will then calculate the due date of the task counting back from the end of the term on the loan or lease.
When viewing the action plan, you will be able to differentiate between tasks that are scheduled after the delivery or before the end of term.
