You may have a question about exporting data from the system!

Please note: You do have to have admin permission level to export data.

You'll want to begin on the Upsheet tab. Decide which Upsheets you would like to look at. You can use all these subcategories (all, active, delivered, lost and inactive)

You also filter to the right as well and search by certain dates, sales reps, etc

For example, is that you can use the “Delivered” sub category tab to view all Upheets, and then filter by the date, so every Upsheet that was created between Feb 1st and 28th.

Once you have your Upsheets filtered to your desired population, you’ll want to click export.

There are two options. The first is mailing list which will give you basic names and contact information. The second is comprehensive, which will include more information such as vehicle, trade, sales rep, source and more. In addition to the comprehensive, we do have an option to include Upsheet notes. However, you will need to contact support (support@autoraptor.com) if you would like the notes on your export.

It may take a few minutes, but then you will receive a notification to your globe that your export is ready for download. You can download directly from your globe to your computer.

Let us know if you have any questions!
