An Account Admin has the ability to adjust user roles and permissions. This is located under the "Users" tab.

Role: Sales Rep

Sales reps are responsible for collecting contact information, following up with customers, and selling cars.  In AutoRaptor a Sales Rep can:

  • Create new up sheets

  • Work with existing up sheets

  • (Depending on the dealership's settings for lead assignment): claim new up sheets.

If you want your Sales Reps to have more permission levels, you can scroll to the bottom and select the ones you are interested in below:

Role: Manager

Managers are responsible for managing sales reps and the day-to-day operations of their dealership.  They can do anything a sales rep can plus:

  • Assign e-leads (depending on the dealership's settings for lead assignment)

  • Reassign any up sheet

  • Transfer up sheets to a different dealership

  • Edit any up sheet, regardless of assignment

  • Delete up sheets

  • See quote details such as gross, invoice pricing, etc.

Role: Admin

Admins have access to dealership settings and user settings.  The following are handled by an Admin:

  • Managing account settings, which includes the following:

    • Creating / Editing Action Plans

    • Quoting Defaults

    • Adding a Source

    • Adding / Editing Templates

    • Obtaining your e-leads address

    • Lead Assignment Settings

    • Managing your Auto-Reply for E-leads

    • Mapping Sales Data (if sales integration is set up)

Role: Owner

The Owner is typically the person who created the AutoRaptor Account for the dealership. An Owner has access to all of the above and also:

  • Inserting A2P10DLC Texting Compliance Business Information

  • Turning on 2FA (2 Factor Authentication)

  • Update Billing information for the Dealership

  • Adding and deleting dealership locations

  • Submitting the Cancelation form to AutoRaptor.
